We build heating, cooling, lighting, plumbing, and piping that keeps New England running. We hire people who give a damn — and we pay them like it. Apprentice to master to leader to owner. The path is real, and we fund it.
Master tradespeople in New England earn six-figure incomes. Foremen and project managers earn more. General managers and partners earn substantially more. We're not selling a job — we're building a career.
Apprentice → journeyman → master → foreman → PM → GM → ownership track. The next rung is always defined, and we pay you to climb it.
OSHA 10/30. JATC apprenticeship fees. Journeyman exam fees. Master exam prep. We fund every credential we ask you to earn.
Medical, dental, 401(k) with match, paid time off, company vehicles for field roles, and an EAP with veteran-specialized counselors.
Six-state region. Local jobs, local crews, local customers. You don't need to relocate to grow. You can grow where you live.
Military-grade safety. Clear protocols. No "we've always done it that way." You'll work next to people who know what they're doing.
Our exit strategy includes a management buyout where employees who rose to leadership buy out founding investors. The truck could be yours someday.
Every Ironclad company commits to hiring veterans first. Not because it makes us look good. Because we believe what veterans bring to a job site — discipline, leadership, mission focus, accountability, brotherhood — makes us better at our work.
"The structure of a trade, the brotherhood of a crew, the daily accomplishment of building something real — these are precisely the conditions in which veterans rebuild their sense of purpose, identity, and belonging."
Every veteran who joins ITG receives
"We do not offer charity. We offer opportunity. We do not ask for sacrifice. We offer mission."
